No. Keyhold is the record system our family uses to run its own rental homes. The decisions stay with the family.
Who can see my information as a resident?
You see your own home: your lease, your payment history and the requests you have opened. Nothing about other residents.
Does Keyhold file taxes?
No. Keyhold keeps the records your accountant needs to review.
How do notices like an N1 get sent?
You sign and serve each notice yourself. Keyhold prepares it on the record first.
